Smt. Anagha Thombre is a social worker from Kothrud, Pune. Her aim is to help women who are daily wage earner, sanitation workers and many more. Many of these women face serious issues such as extreme poverty, alcoholic or abusive spouses and domestic violence. With a desire to help these women, Smt. Anagha Thombre came up with the idea of a cashless store. Women can pick a new outfit to wear daily from these this store and they can choose to either return it or keep it. This way, the women are also able to celebrate festive occasions with fervor. Apart from clothes, the store also offers food grains, utensils, eatables, and toys. Classes and workshops are held regularly to train women in various skill sets that can help them earn a livelihood. All this, totally cashless i.e., free of cost.

Adv. Satya Muley and Mr. Mukund Sangoram (Assistant Editor of Marathi Daily Loksatta) had the privilege to jointly felicitate Smt. Anagha Thombre on 31st of January 2021. The Smt. Malti Joshi Social Responsibility Annual Award was presented Smt. Anagha Thombre. The award is presented every year to an outstanding social worker whose contribution has made huge difference at the grassroot level.

The event was organized by 4C's Counselling Centre, Pune. The Founder President of 4C’s Counselling Centre Dr. Sagar Pathak, Mr. Prakash Joshi, Smt. Smita Joshi, Adv. Amey Sirsikar, Adv. Dhananjay Joshi were present for the event.
